ok, it feels *good* to be paying off my creditors and accounts and things. but dear lord, when you're used to $17 at the grocery store being a HUGE amount to fork over, and then you spend your lunch hour calling the oil company and the internet company and the power company and the one credit card that you let yourself have for emergencies and 3 little piddly creditors, etc....

and suddenly you realize that you've given people $600 in about 40 minutes, it's disconcerting.

Satisfying, yes, but I've been running in such a DON'T GIVE ANYONE A PENNY MORE THAN YOU HAVE TO mode for 2 years.

I still owe about $1900 after this. But it's going away. About six weeks to get it all cleared. Then I get to keep money for myself.

How decadent.
