a student there gave them an @conscious.ca address, and I had tried to unsubscribe a few times and let them know they weren't reaching her. Just now they sent me her student number, onlineID number, and password to the system. I decided to be polite and call them to tell them that needed to be fixed, instead of logging in under the account and going willy nilly with her contact info.
